I scrapped Capt. Jack using a kit I have had for years.  It's from Jamie Dell Scraps and you can find the free kit here.  I have used this kit for a project pertaining to a Make A Wish Foundation recipient.  It was perfect for the purpose and I wish I could share it with you here.
